Uniphy Health Improves Hospital Communications with UH4February 22, 2017
As we all know, technology is constantly improving. One of the biggest benefits to come out of this fact is the enhancements to healthcare that occur as a result. Even Gartner has given UH4 its seal of approval, saying that it supports the “Real-Time Health System,” which is a set of technologies that make healthcare organizations “more aware, collaborative and patient-centric.” Gartner states that this type of solution will result in more efficient operations, faster time-to-treatment and improved patient outcomes. What makes UH4 even more beneficial is the fact that all of this is made possible on a single platform, which is purpose-built to support all critical enterprise applications, both clinical and not (including functions such as payroll).
While UH4 has several benefits, the announcement points out a few noteworthy features, including patient-centric communications to connect all members of the care team around the needs of the patient, despite their locations; real-time patient-centric data, which quickly gives physicians access to critical patient data that was previously locked in remote systems; performance metrics and insights; accelerated clinical workflows through automation, which saves doctors and nurses time; and enterprise on a single platform.
